The company was established and registered on 9th September 1993, following the positive traditions of the City Investment Department of Ostrava, which had ensured the city development programme for decades.

Together with highly qualified professionals, the company's owners form a team of 15 specialists closely acquainted with the field of planning and investment policy and problems. In a broader sense, they have rich experience in preparing and carrying out building activities.

In our work we focus on providing complex engineering services for our customers. We provide a guaranteed deadline, price and quality of project and construction organizations. We either represent a client in all dealings relating to the contract with the project and product managers, including the legal side of documentation and technical supervision, or we ensure higher supply services by carrying out engineering activities and closing contracts with project and product managers ourselves.

The results of our work have convinced our customers that the cost of engineering activities is a very purposeful investment with a remarkable effect of much shorter preparation time, better quality of work and lower costs for construction itself. The good references of our clients, who generally recommend us to their business partners, are proof of satisfaction with our services. Our continual effort to increase the quality of work has been confirmed by the acquisition of the ISO 9002 certificate.

We select our suppliers through internal competition among project and product organizations that we have previously accredited and found competent. In this way we can not only maintain short and efficient delivery times, but also keep prices lower than if the customer placed an order directly with a building company.

According to the law on tendering, we also provide services for organizing competitive bidding for investors. Our range of services is very much in demand, not only in terms of carrying out engineering work.
